Art in the heart of the capital

A small gallery in the heart of Nicosia just bulges with art. Go up the old winding stair case at Diachroniki Gallery and there you will find the rooms walled with image upon image upon image.

The gallery, which regularly screens documentaries on Wednesdays and also serves up a glass of wine to go with the viewings, is currently running a summer group exhibition.

The exhibition displays selected pieces of art by Cypriot and foreign artists. Some of these artists are Aich Thimer, Alex Khattab, Oleg Bazaev, Barry Westcott, Les Palin, Costas Antonellou, Vassilis Mita, and Petros Ptochopoulou.

The summer exhibition will be on until the end of the month.
