Appeals for IPT valuations end on April 24

THE deadline to appeal the government’s valuation of  real estate and correct any other mistakes made in the process of fixing immovable property tax (IPT), expires on April 24, the Interior ministry said in an announcement.

“Appeals must be submitted to the District Land Offices by owners or their proxy representatives until the aforementioned date,” the announcement said.

For each appeal, the relevant form (available in Greek only) and the application fee must be submitted. For each property a separate application should be completed.
