‘Sunmiles’ will be transferred to ‘Cashback’ scheme

Bank of Cyprus has said that although its collaboration with Cyprus Airways regarding the ‘Sunmiles American Express’ scheme was terminated when the airline folded on Friday, all Sunmiles American Express cards had been transferred to the ‘Cashback American Express’ scheme, which offers cash back directly to the customer’s card account on all purchases made anywhere in Cyprus.
The Bank has taken all necessary steps in order to ensure that the operation of all Sunmiles American Express cards would continue seamlessly.
“All merchants must continue accepting Sunmiles American Express cards,” the bank said.
