Pervert jailed for five years

A 48-YEAR-OLD man from Bulgaria has been sentenced to five years in jail by the Paphos Criminal court, for taking advantage of two underage girls.
According to the Cyprus News Agency, the Bulgarian man exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl in Limassol and took advantage of a 10-year-old girl in Paphos.
Both incidents took place in 2014.
The man was arrested earlier this year after the 10-year old girl’s parents reported to the Paphos police that the 48-year-old had sexually assaulted their daughter.
According to the police report, the man was a family friend and he used to visit their home frequently. When the parents were out, the 48-year-old used to put the 10-year old girl on his lap and touch her genitals.
The parents found out only after the girl confided in them about his behaviour. He was immediately arrested and admitted to the crime.
