Learning to fly and getting my pilot’s licence at 16 before I had a car licence.

Muse Restaurant in Basilica, Paphos where I really enjoy salmon with coriander sauce

What did you have for breakfast?
Muesli with soy milk and English tea

Would you class yourself as a day or night person? What’s your idea of the perfect night/day out?
Day. Going to lunch with Anna.

Best book ever read?
The Brothers Karamazov by Dostoyevski. Brilliant story and character descriptions

Favourite film of all time?
Citizen Kane. Brilliant story, acting, direction and filmographer about someone who had every material thing but no love

Best holiday ever taken?
Trip to Paris for Christmas and New Year with all our children. Same again!

What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
Pop music

What is always in your fridge?
Milk and pitta bread

Dream house: rural retreat or urban dwelling? Where would it be, what would it be like?
Our spacious bungalow in Kato Paphos is ideal for us because it has lots of space and about 20 different types of fruit trees and a wonderful garden

If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
I would like to go out with my grandfather (who I never saw) Phillip George and my grandmother Cecilia to hear their stories and about their life and times farming in outback, Australia.

If the world is ending in 24 hours what would you do?
Speak to my children and family

What is your greatest fear?
Not doing enough for Anna and my children
