Pedersen & Partners has been active in executive search in Cyprus since 2007 upon the establishment of the office in Nicosia. In an effort to continue to strengthen its presence, Pedersen & Partners, Cyprus seeks to recruit a Country Manager who can play a key role in taking Pedersen & Partners to the next level.

Responsibilities
· Business development
· Building and managing relationships with clients and executives
· Execution of senior level executive search assignments, whether developed alone or by other parts of the organisation
· PR and positioning of the executive search firm towards the Cyprus market
· Ideally be part of one or more cross-border industry practice groups.
Profile
. Preferably Cypriot national
· Male or Female
· Excellent communication and social skills
· Experience could be gained in executive search, management consulting, general management, B2B sales or other relevant field
· Fluent spoken and written English is a must. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset
· Dynamic, highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously when necessary
· Highest possible ethical and professional standards
. Entrepreneurial – able to build business and should rather see this as an opportunity to build a business inside a business, than an employer-employee relationship
. Highly international mindset
. Humble, practical, hands-on attitude, flexible, able to cope with high level management consulting issues as well as practical daily duties.
