Georgallas wins bronze in New Delhi games

Cypriot gymnast Herodotos Georgallas has won the bronze medal in the ring event at the Commonwealth Games.

Georgallas chalked up 14.65 points, behind second-place Luke Folwell (14.75) from England and Australia’s Sam Offord (14.83) who won gold.

These are the third successive Commonwealth Games in which Georgallas wins a medal for Cyprus.

In 2002 he won gold in Manchester and he took bronze four years later in Melbourne.
