Lovely holiday marred by Paphos touts

Is there nothing to be done to get rid of the scratch card touts annoying tourists and expats alike at Paphos harbour and seafront?

We have just returned from a very enjoyable 3 weeks holiday marred only by the endless – “are you British” – as soon as we left our car .

They are insolent and extremely rude, one even calling my wife a stupid bitch when she told them we were not interested. Another tourist told me they were followed by two of them in a very intimidating manner.

These yobs, mostly if not entirely from the UK, are a blot on the landscape and should be eradicated as they are spoiling people’s holidays.
