Following the interesting article on hypnosis as an anti-smoking therapy, I can confirm how very successful it can be. I and several friends and relatives have given up because of it.

However, it might be useful for your readers to know that there is a very much cheaper way than consulting a therapist.

CDs with the entire programme for using hypnosis against smoking and lots of other things can be got very cheaply from a specialist clinic in England. In fact, if your doctor confirms that it is necessary to have a CD [as mine did], they will supply it free and charge only for the disc and postage.

The CDs are child’s play to use and can be used over and over again and for several different people. They also do CDs against obesity, anxiety, under-confidence and several other problems.
