Justice Ministry service was great

In the light of the article about AKEL MP Aristos Aristotelous’ investigations in to public perception of civil servants (Cyprus Mail, September 10),  all I can say is that my recent experience of dealing with the Civil service is very different to that portrayed.

I recently had to visit the office of the Ministry of Justice to have  some documents apostiled. The standard of customer service was  exemplary: the staff were not just courteous and efficient, but positively friendly and helpful.

It was the sort of performance that any civil service anywhere in the world could be proud of and should hope to achieve.

Let’s therefore give credit with credit is due,  and say something positive about this Island
