Making a lot of assumptions

In response to a letter from Mr A.P. Loizou published on August 9, reading between the lines, I suspect the author to be none other than Mr Antonis Loizou of real estate fame, and therefore seriously connected to and in favour of major developers throughout Cyprus.

Either way, what concerns me is that this person is making a lot of assumptions in his letter about a Mr Davis of Droushia, and I wonder whether this Mr Davis is unable to accept Mr Loizou’s rude advice to leave the country because he cannot sell his property because he does not have a title deed.

I wonder if Mr Loizou owns any property where the developer refuses to give him the title deed. I seriously doubt it.

The land office needs organising to issue all new title deeds on the day of a property sale completion, just like the rest of the EU.

and the banks need to police their development loans effectively in order to prevent lending on sold properties so this situation never arises again.
