Hooligans should be punished accordingly

Is it at all possible to introduce a reporting system that would require current or newly convicted football violence offenders to report to a police station each and every day that their
team is playing for a period set by the court?
Preferably two hours before the game and one hour after. Perhaps they could be required to sweep the police station inside or the yard while the game is played out of sight of any TV or radio coverage of the game. Officers can freely tell them the scores and what they are missing.

Even better, perhaps it might be better to make them report to an out of area police station and if they can’t drive, or for more violent offenders, require them to sit in the cell of their teams home team’s nearest police station overnight without access to the game whilst it is being played and whilst the fans disburse. Their release would be only after everyone has one home and things are calm. Again the sentence should be set by the court. If they argue they cannot travel, make them use the same transport that got them into trouble in the first place.

Alternatively, make these hooligans paint out any football graffiti in their home time for a number of weeks. I would suggest this is ongoing but I suspect opposition fans might take advantage and may add their own graffiti.
