Why aren’t I getting any Greek water?

Sir,

Am I alone in thinking that the arrival of the ‘Greek Water’ was going to solve all our problems? I have read that it is flowing freely and all is wonderful; so why, living about 200 meters from the pipeline, am I still cut off every single day? I appreciate that the supply is reconnected during the night, but sadly I am one of those strange people that actually sleeps at night.

I do appreciate that Cyprus has a big problem, but when I keep reading that Limassol is going to get the ‘Greek’ water I can’t help wondering what happens to it. I sure as hell don’t get it!
