Hermes energy waste

Paphos airport’s new terminal building will begin operation in November. For months now there is electrical power at this building and although it is a closely guarded area and nobody works at night, they switch on all and every single light in this new building every night – and this is through the whole night.

If they need to advertise their new airports, why don’t they use television, newspapers etc?

We know they have money (because with their whopping surcharges, they probably get more money from every passenger than the airlines do) but when our country’s economy is suffering because of the high oil prices and our climate is changing because of carbon emissions, what Hermes does its a crime.

I will not be surprise if the agreement with the government includes free electricity.
