Well done CyTA, job well done

Sir,

We often hear tales of poor customer service in Cyprus and people are quick to complain.  Last Thursday, at 11am, I visited the CyTA offices in Larnaca and asked to be upgraded from Internet dial-up to ADSL (Broadband).  The paperwork took only 10 minutes to complete and I was told that I would receive a telephone call from the CyTA engineer the following day or Monday at the latest.  On Friday at 8am, I received a telephone call from the CyTA engineer and he was at my house 45 minutes later and installed ADSL as requested.  From request to installation took only 22 hours.  Well done CyTA, job well done.
