Teenagers involved in string of burglaries

POLICE arrested a 15-year-old boy from Limassol, while a second 15-year-old is still wanted, in connection with four cases of burglary and theft committed in the past few months in the seaside town, police said yesterday.

The arrest was made yesterday, after police received information indicating the boy’s involvement in the cases. The 15-year-old was taken in for questioning and he admitted to burgling the same shop three times and to attempting to burgle another shop on a different occasion.

A warrant for the arrest of the second 15-year-old suspect has been issued.
