At last, an action thriller for men and women! There are no two-dimensional females in this riveting thriller; in fact, it’s rather the opposite.

The story takes place in the depths of a Minneapolis winter. As the first snow begins to blanket the city, the local children head to the park for the annual snowman competition. It’s fun and frolics all round until one of the kids notices a human face poking out of a snowman. Detectives Gino and Magozzi of the Minneapolis police Department are first on the scene, divesting the corpse of its icy covering. And as the snowman body count rockets, the detectives begin to suspect a wife-beating ex-con. But are they just being Snow Blind?

Despite the rather weak ending, I found this rather exciting. It’s a page-turner that will chill you to the marrow during those long winter evenings. You’ll never look at snowmen in the same way again!
