Italian Coffee
Everyone would agree that this winter the days have been very mild but when the evenings come, and we are feeling tired after a long day, the need for something warm seems like a good idea. This is especially true if the drink has a rich flavour with a layer of whipped cream and leaves a spicy aftertaste. Wrapping your fingers around a warm toddy-glass will give way to a relaxing evening. Salute!
Ingredients
3cl Amaretto
2cl coffee liqueur
Hot coffee
Whipped cream
Fresh vanilla pod
Preparation
Pour the Amaretto and the coffee liqueur into a heatproof toddy-glass. Fill with the hot coffee. Stir. Float the cream and garnish with fresh vanilla grated over the top.
