Pork Fillets in Aromatic sauce

4 pork fillets
100g grape syrup
200g gravy from stock or using granules
50ml red dry wine
salt & pepper
a few grapes

l Season the fillets with salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes at 180?C
l Cook the rest of the ingredients on the hob until they have reached a sauce consistency
l Pour over the fillets and serve, use the grapes to decorate
