Tropical Spice

When we live in a country where most of the year the sun shines, people’s desire to enjoy cool, refreshing and tropical cocktails never really ends. Here is an exotic combination of spicy rum and fruit juices best enjoyed after summer’s tropical scattered shower. One sip of this and you will find yourself in limbo land. Salute!

Ingredients
4cl spiced rum
2cl triple sec/Cointreau
4cl fresh orange juice
4cl papaya juice
2cl fresh lime juice
Preparation
Place all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of orange placed inside the glass and serve with straw.
