Cocktail of the week with Fabrizio Musorella

Lucky Summer
You may not have a cocktail cabinet home, but that doesn’t mean you can’t prepare and present your cocktails with flair. A couple of classic Martini glasses, highball glasses and a cocktail shaker and you’re in business. Shakers come in many different shapes and sizes. Personally I suggest for amateurs the three-part stainless steel shaker with a built-in strainer. Always shake for about ten seconds and more sharply if the cocktail contains fresh cream. Do not shake fizzy drinks and have your glasses ready and chilled. Now what are you waiting for? Get mixing and Salute!
