You can always rely on Zara for fashionable clothes and shoes. I bought a pair of shoes from this high street shop a couple of years ago and they are still alive and kicking. So, it was only natural that I would suggest a pair of wedges by the Spanish fashion line. These are exactly what you need if you’re looking for an everyday pair of shoes for that floral dress or ? trousers.

Bata-Italobalestri
Hail the Italians and theiy’re irresistible sense of fashion! Although you could say they aren’t exactly wedges as the heel is slightly parted by the rest of the platform; they are still part of the wedge family and are perfect for those of you who feel full-on platforms are just too much. The beautiful flowery details on the side and front add a subtle touch of colour to the brown and bronze straps. Team them with jeans or a pair of shorts! Either way you are bound to be admired.

Kalogirou – Casadei
Now, the price may seem scary but look at them. These shoes are gorgeous and worth every penny. Unlike your average wedge, this one has a thinner heel and looks very steep; but in fact, it’s exactly the same height as most of the othersse shoes. Gold and brown and also peep toed, again you can wear these with anything. Just look after them!

Nine West
I immediately fell in love with these and am, at this moment, contemplating buying them. They are unbelievably good valuecheap and soooo chic. Although this particular pair doesn’t have that much detail on the main top part of the shoe, the platform is dressed in a fabulous fabric making them my personal favourite. Oh and remember T-bars are very flattering on legs and can instantly give any outfit a stylish finish.

Shoebox
Shoebox recently opened near my apartment and it was inevitable that I would pop in for a thorough browse. Although the wedges range was limited (at least to my taste) I found these and thought they would suit my everyday needs just right. The cool bronzy dusty pink is a very adaptable colour while the square toe and bejewelled flower detail will definitely give me a spring in my step once it really starts warming up.

Bagatt
Again we are making way for the Italians and their excellent taste. Although Bagatt has a vast range of glamorous wedges, I picked these due to their casual yet elegant style. And of course, the rose red shade mixed with the dark brown heel just makes you want to stare and wear. So, even if you’re dressed down or simply do not know what to wear again, pull on a t-shirt and pair of trousers and these will give you that effortless air of style.

Peacocks
If you’re looking for high-street fashion or dirt cheap fashionable shoes then look no further than Peacocks. Perfect for those of you who don’t want to overspend on accessories that maybe ‘so last season’ in a few months, these glitzy gold pair of wedges are actually cuter than most of the above. The sling-backs are comfy even though high, glamorous even though so cheap and gorgeous. I’m gathering casual eveningwear is the road to take with these.
