Cocktail of the week with Fabrizio Musorella

Tutti Frutti Margarita
The frozen version of the classic Margarita is made in a blender using quality fresh fruit, a liqueur the flavor of the fruit chosen, crushed ice and, of course, Tequila. It requires as much attention during the preparation as for the classic recipe. My top six favorite fruits for you to try at home are: mango, peach, strawberry, melon, banana and pear.
Ingredients
4cl Golden Tequila
2cl Cointreau
2cl fresh lime (or lemon) juice
2cl fruit Liqueur (same as fruit chosen)
For any type of berry just a handful will do the job
For other fruit one piece, diced
Preparation
Rub a wedge of lime around the rim of a Margarita glass, dip the rim into a saucer of caster sugar and place the glass into the freezer
Pour all the ingredients into a blender. Blend for few seconds. Add a scoop of crushed ice. Blend till smooth
Pour into the glass. Garnish if you wish with any fruit that you had chosen and place it on the rim of the glass
