Cocktail of the week with Fabrizio Musorella

Apple Martini
The 1990s was the era of the modern Martini, when endless new varieties were created in bars around the globe. They were based on the creative combination of gin or vodka, liqueurs and vermouth. Also worth a mention is the “Fruit Martini”, a variation also based on gin or vodka, cointreau (not for all recipes) lemon juice (for sharpness), sugar syrup and using any type of fresh fruit or/and fruit liqueur. The modern “tini” craze began. One of the hottest in this variety is probably the Apple Martini.

1cl Cointreau
1cl fresh lemon juice
