Seafood Risotto With Herbs
Serves 4

500g risotto (short grain rice)
1 chopped onion (medium size)
2 clove garlic, chopped
2tbsp olive oil
100ml dry, white wine
100 ml broth of fish
8 medium shrimps (peeled)
8 mussels (half shells)
16 crabs legs (small size)
