White Russian

Should it be in a tall or short glass? Do you use cream or milk? Those are only a few of the questions that bar tenders debate about the preparation of this excellent after-dinner drink. Some might remember it being featured in the film The Big Lebowski. I chose the most popular version. With a smooth, rich flavour and coffee-cream finish, it is most enjoyable on those chilly nights, so hurry up because winter is almost over. Its origins date back to the 1950s, where we can also find the ever-popular Black Russian (minus the cream). Enjoy your mixing and Saluté

Ingredients:
4cl vodka
2cl Kahlua (coffee liquer)
2cl fresh single cream

Preparation:
Pour the vodka into a old fashioned glass with ice
Add the Kahlua and stir
Gently pour the cream over the back of a teaspoon so that it will float over the rest of the drink
