Cocktail of the week with Fabrizio Musorella

Pink Princess
I have been a professional bartender for almost two decades. I have created many cocktails for different occasions during this period and taken part in international cocktail competitions. This hot pink and girlie cocktail is my most recent creation in celebration of my daughter’s birth (a week ago). So to all parents and would-be parents, enjoy the mixing and Salute….

Ingredients
A handful of fresh raspberries 2cl fresh lime/lemon juice
4cl vodka 2 tsp sugar
3cl Campari bitter lemon
 
Preparation
Crush the raspberries in the base of a shaker. Add five cubes of ice and pour all the rest of ingredients except the bitter lemon. Shake sharply. Pour directly into the glass and top up with the bitter lemon. Stir it and garnish with a slice of lemon and three raspberries
