HARAVGHI: “Solon Nikitas the defendant” The courts have summoned Attorney-general Solon Nikitas to appear before court and explain the activities that had been going on in the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE). The decision has come as a blow to Nikitas, who had previously requested from the court not to be summoned as a defendant, after a complaint from an investor who had lost money in the CSE.

PHILELEFTHEROS: “Meetings with European leaders” DISY president Nicos Anastassiades talking at the European Peoples Party summit in Brussels stated all issues should be made clear for upcoming December so as to face Cyprus’ problem as well as Turkey’s stance on the Cyprus problem itself.
