Association offers incentives for internal tourism

IN AN effort to boost domestic tourism, the Hoteliers Association (PASYXE) yesterday said it would be publishing a list of offers for Cypriots at 90 of its member hotels, which would be made available all over the island.

The venture will be in cooperation with the Bank of Cyprus for credit card users and will be suited to all incomes, said PASYE chairman Haris Loizides who said the list would be available at bank branches, Cyprus Tourism Organisation offices and at PASYXE.

He said the offers, which come into effect tomorrow, would include deals on weekends in the mountains or at the beach and that prices would be further discounted from November 1, when the winter season begins.

“This will provide our compatriots with the chance to enjoy the natural beauties of our island at incredibly accessible prices,” he said.
