Hotel arrest THREE foreigners were arrested in Nicosia yesterday in connection with refusing to pay the bill at hotel they were staying. According to the receptionist, the three foreigners, aged 38, 41 and 55-years-old stayed at the hotel from Sunday to Wednesday and then refused to pay the £7,867 bill.

UN rules out extension of talks
