Your holiday will be spoilt

Having visited your country again for another holiday (August 10-24) which we all enjoyed, I was somewhat concerned about the absolute lunatic motorcyclists on high performance machines racing along King George Street, from the traffic lights adjacent to Pizza Hut towards the holiday area, slowing past the police station on the right at Yermasoyia.

This was then offset by the other idiots in high performance motor cars using the traffic lights as a starting grid for racing in the early hours of the morning, disturbing both local residents and tourists.

I have no doubt that in the very near future a very serious traffic accident will occur. As I said, I am a fairly frequent visitor/tourist to Cyprus: my family and I always stay at the same apartment block owned by Cypriots and have done so for 15 years. However I now have second thoughts about ever returning because of the danger, noise and pollution caused by a very few irritating fools. I feel I have to warn other friends about to visit the area: you will get no rest at night and will have your hard-earned holiday spoilt!
