OSCE on National Guard inspection

THE National Guard is being inspected by an Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) delegation, which arrived yesterday to confirm the government’s tally of reported military equipment.

The OSCE applies the same practice for all EU member states and candidate countries for accession. They are all obliged to report the purchase and operation of any military equipment to the organisation.
